Glasgow Dog Training Club has been established for over thirty five years and is registered under the Scottish Kennel Club to examine the Good Citizens Awards scheme.

The Club has a dedicated Committee who are always on hand to help.  The Committee are keen dog owners who give up their time voluntarily to educate and help members of the public to be responsible dog owners and have happy, well trained dogs.  At present the committee consists of Val Burns (Head Trainer), Susan Bulleid (Chairman), Robert MacKinnon (Vice Chairman/Trainer), Carol McQueen (Treasurer/Trainer), Trish, Lynne, Louise, Becca, Simon, Mags, Ian, Susan and Lynsey.

The Club works closely with Glasgow Dogs Trust, Canine Concern Scotland Trust and Canine Partners by fund raising and helping at their various events.  The Club is non profit making and donates to various "doggie charities".  We have also sponsored Yorick from Canine Partners who is training to work as an assistance dog.
