Welcome to the Glasgow Dog Training Club.
Our dog training classes are based at Overlee Pavilion, Overlee Park, Moray Drive, Clarkston, Glasgow G76 8NL.
The objective of our club is to offer help and advice to dog owners and prospective dog owners. We will teach you to train your dog and be a responsible dog owner.
The aim of this site is to provide information on the services offered by Glasgow Dog Training Club and the positive training methods used.
Glasgow Dog Training classes include Puppy, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. The Club is also now able to offer fun agility classes on the last week of the month. For the puppy training classes we have mini agility at a much slower pace!
GDTC is a very social club and throughout the year we fund raise for many different Charities including Glasgow Dogs Trust, Canine Concern Scotland Trust (who run the Therapet Scheme), Greyhound Awareness League and the new Small Animal Clinic at Glasgow Vet School. A proportion of our profits throughout the year is also donated to various different “Doggie” Charities.
Our Head Trainer, Val is now able to offer one to one training before the classes, 'quiet' beginner courses and Workshops for people who wish to further their knowledge or have some fun with their dogs.Val is also on hand to help if you need any advice sourcing and buying a new puppy, help with a particular problem or any other dog related matter.
We hope you find GDTC’s site both informative and interesting.
